This is on top of the free Encar report every car already comes with. An independent diagnostic specialist, separate from the seller and from us, inspects the car in person before you pay. It checks for accident repair on body panels, odometer authenticity, and flood or fire damage.

When a used vehicle bought from a private seller is exported, Korea's VAT Act Article 108 allows a 9.09% input tax credit on the purchase price. We use that refund as our revenue — so no extra margin is added to the price we quote you.
